Sheila Carrigan

Sheila Carrigan is an experienced trial attorney and former judge who has tried and presided over thousands of cases. Sheila's approach to divorce and parenting responsibilities is to try and reach agreement and understanding if possible, however if assertive trial and discovery skills are needed Sheila is up to the task. Sheila has extensive training in domestic abuse, substance abuse, sexual abuse, mental health issues and the needs and development of children. Sheila has been an instructor at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the National Judicial College. Her clients know that she will work tirelessly for them and their children, that she is empathetic and compassionate and that she is not afraid to tackle any high conflict situation. Sheila is also a certified mediator. Due to her over two decades of trial experience and several years working as a licensed real estate agent Sheila is a very skilled negotiator. Sheila has a highly skilled paralegal working with her and the firm will help organize and complete the endless paperwork a divorce brings.
