Tim Smith

Tim Smith, senior loan officer with Oxford Mortgage Corporation, is a licensed mortgage broker in the State of Colorado (LMB100012202) with 24 years experience in his field. Tim is an expert witness and a "Certified Allied Professional" (Trained in Levels One and Two) for Collaborative Law. Further, he is a former board member of the Colorado Judicial Institute, a current panel member of both the Colorado Bar Association and Arapahoe County Bar Legal Fee Arbitration committees, a selection panelist for the Colorado Bar Association's Mock Trial competition and a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association. As an experienced instructor for Conventional, FHA & VA mortgage programs; he is currently a Guest Instructor at the Regis University Graduate Nursing Program. A 16 year resident of Colorado, Tim is an avid outdoorsman and wildlife photographer.
